How to order
You can purchase our products with the shopping basket feature online. You will receive an order confirmation by email within one day after placing your order, excluding holidays and weekends. In case you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us through email.
Sizing
The sizes in the webstore are the sizes indicated by the designer on the label. If you are unsure of your size, we are happy to help you. You can contact us by phone or email.
Registration
By creating an account, you will take advantage of a faster checkout when you visit us in the future. You can shop in our store also without registering.
Prices and postage
Prices are in euro and they include Finnish tax 22% (VAT). Postage and handling will be added automatically in all orders (Postal Parcel). Orders are sent via Itella. Gaudete cannot be held responsible for missing packages. We aim to despatch all orders within two days after the order has been confirmed, excluding holidays and weekends.
When ordering from outside Finland, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We will post orders to mainland Europe, Great Britain, US and Canada.
We reserve the right to change the prices.

Returns
We hope you will be happy with your order, but if there is some reason your want to return it, it should be returned within 14 days after receiving it. We will refund a product provided it is in original, undamaged packaging. We will refund the price of the item once it is received by us.
